*If you are not happy with
our motorcycles with in 7 days of arrival date (at terminal or home) just return it to us for a
full refund minus the actual shipping costs!!! *Not applicable to off-road vehicles **Please
note concerning returns: RMA number must be
issued and we will help make shipping arrangements however, returned shipping expenses are the entirely the customers responsibility. Mileage
on odometer must be less than [10] upon return and customer
is responsible to insure that motorcycle is packaged exactly
as original, and no body damage, tampering with bike, odometer,
or accessories has occurred. A full inspection will be made
of motorcycle and accessories and sender is responsible financially
for all damages while in possession and during shipping if
found packaged improperly. Mileage over [10] will be subject
to a 20%-50% restocking fee without exception. All packing materials must be replaced exactly as the unit arrived otherwise additional charges may occur.
Parts:
No returns on electrical parts
or batteries (exchange only on defective items.) No
returns on used parts. A 20% restocking fee will apply
to all new or unboxed/opened parts. RMA number is required
for all returns. Any unauthorized returns without a
RMA number will be refused. Call 859-215-1091 for RMA
number.
*No returns on liquidation or auction items - retail only.
Warranty
and Service:
Excellent Service record! Since
all Retrobikes.com motorcycles are built to our specifications,
we hardly experience a motorcycle that doesn't function properly
out of the box. However, in the rare event that a motorcycle
should not function properly for you. Our knowledgeable staff
will make every attempt to get you going in a hurry.
If they can't help you, then you will be directed where to
take your motorcycle for service. If your service depot should
not have a particular part in stock we can overnight it to
them if necessary! - No need to worry - ever!
Also since our Honda Clones are so close by
design to the originals, you never have to worry about a shortage
of parts. If they don't have it, we will!
All or our
motorcycles come with peace of mind. - 90 Days Labor and 1
Year Parts warranty. Parts and Labor do not cover:
neglect, abuse, improper break-in, theft, vandalism, deception,
or negligence. All warranties are void if heat tabs are melted
or if abuse and improper break in is detected. Common
wear items are not covered under parts warranty for example:
Spark plugs, tires, clutch plates, brakes, light bulbs, rubber
covers ie: kick starter, toe-shifters and seats covers. See
parts warranty for more details.
Shipping Motorcycles:
We are very fast. Why wait weeks
or even months for your motorcycle when you can get it NOW
from Retrobikes.com! Normal motorcycle/scooter delivery
times are usually 3-7 business days. Two day and overnight
as well as international shipping rates are available just
for the asking.
Shipping Parts:
Orders are sent out within
24 to 72 hours. All
funds must be received and cleared before order ships. (So
don't send a check if you want overnight service) Retrobikes.com
reserves the right to choose alternative shipping methods
such as USPS and FedEx to get packages to customers quicker
and more efficiently.
